This collage is part of a series called ”On the Future of Architecture Since 1889”. The starting point and actual physical material of the series is a book on modern architecture by Jean-Louis Cohen titled ”The Future of Architecture. Since 1889”. I cut the book into small pieces and from these pieces I reassembled new entities: The collages are made of images of existing or non-existing buildings. Their artists’ frames are part of the image – and vice versa. The pieces deal with presentation of modern architecture and art and modern utopias.
